This product is designed for single-phase use in three-phase circuit systems. It features a simple structure, is economical, and is easy to use.
This product features a single-break, vertically opening structure. The single-pole disconnector's post insulators are mounted on their respective bases. It mainly consists of a base, post insulators, the main conductive circuit, and a self-locking device. It employs a knife-type structure to cut off and close the circuit. Each phase knife-type switch consists of two conductive blades, with compression springs mounted on both sides. Adjusting the spring height allows for the required contact pressure of the switch knife. The switch is operated using an insulated hook rod, and the knife-type switch has a self-locking device.
When the disconnecting switch is opened or closed, it is operated with an insulated hook rod. The insulated hook rod is locked with the locking hook of the disconnecting switch. Pulling the locking hook in the direction of opening will release the self-locking device and drive the conductive plate connected to it to rotate to achieve the opening action. When closing, the insulated hook rod pushes against the locking hook of the disconnecting switch and drives the rotating shaft to rotate, causing the conductive plate connected to it to rotate to the closing position. At this time, the self-locking device locks the disconnecting switch in the closing position.
This type of disconnect switch can be installed on a pillar, wall, ceiling, horizontal frame or metal frame. It can also be installed vertically or at an angle, but the installation position should be such that the contact blade tends to face downwards when it is open.
