Model meaning

Cold shrink technology
Leveraging the "elastic memory" properties of rubber and employing advanced expansion technology, the manufactured cable terminal rubber piece is pre-stretched within its elastic range and then inserted into the plastic support strip. During installation, simply pull out the plastic support strip and the cable terminal rubber piece will quickly contract and hold the cable tightly.
Reliable insulation
The raw materials are high-quality liquid silicone rubber from internationally renowned companies such as GE (General Electric), Dow Corning, and Wacker, ensuring reliable insulation and excellent electrical properties. Silicone rubber material is extremely resistant to dirt and corrosion, resulting in a long service life. The stress cone curve enhances the margin design, further improving insulation reliability.
Good sealing
Special sealant is used to bond and seal all connection points of the cable terminal, isolating the entire cable terminal from the atmospheric environment and avoiding operational accidents caused by environmental issues.
Easy installation
All cable terminations are prefabricated in the factory. Installation is simple and quick, requiring only the instructions. No professional tools are needed. No open flame is required, ensuring safety and reliability.
Advanced equipment
Production is carried out in a cleanroom environment using advanced dispensing equipment.
High pressure test
The electrical performance of the cable terminals is tested in a 200kV fully shielded partial discharge-free test chamber to ensure product quality.
Widely used
Due to its excellent resistance to dirt, aging, water repellency, and cold, silicone rubber is suitable for cable terminations in high-altitude, humid, cold, salt-spray, and heavily polluted areas. It is particularly suitable for flammable industries such as petroleum, chemical, and mining.
Applicable standards
GB/T12706.4-2002; IEC60502
