Overview
The KYN28A-12(Z) type armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems, used for receiving and distributing electrical energy and controlling, protecting and monitoring circuits. This product conforms to the standards: GB3906《3~35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear》, GB/T11022《Common technical requirements for high voltage switchgear and controlgear》, and IEC60298 《AC metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear with rated voltage of 1kV and above》.

Conditions of Use
Ambient air temperature: Highest temperature +40℃, lowest temperature -15℃;
Relative humidity: Daily average relative humidity ≤95%, daily average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2 kPa; monthly average relative humidity ≤90%, monthly average water vapor pressure not exceeding 1.8 kPa;
Altitude: ≤1000m;
Earthquake intensity: no more than magnitude 8;
Application location: The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc., and there should be no severe vibration.
When used under conditions exceeding those specified in GB3906, the user and the company shall negotiate accordingly.
Structural characteristics
The switchgear structure is shown in the figure below. It features an all-metal modular assembly structure. The cabinet is made of imported aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet with strong corrosion resistance, requiring no surface treatment. It is machined by high-precision CNC equipment and uses advanced multi-folding edge technology. Connections are made with rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, resulting in high precision, light weight, and good strength.
The switchgear can be equipped with vacuum circuit breakers manufactured by our company, such as the VS1 series, VD4 series, and ZN65 series, offering wide adaptability and strong interchangeability. The handcart is equipped with working and testing positions, each with positioning and display devices, ensuring safety and reliability.
The cable compartment can accommodate up to nine single-core cables, and the equipment has reliable mechanical and electrical interlocking devices, fully meeting the "five protections" requirements. Each compartment is equipped with a pressure relief passage to ensure the safety of operating personnel.
